📝 Eligibility
- To be eligible for Sonder and Holliday's wholesale program, you must have a valid business license or resale certificate. We also require a copy of your business card.
- We require that you have a physical retail store or an online store.
- All applications will be reviewed within 7-10 business day
🛒 Ordering Process
- Minimum order requirement: Our minimum order requirement is $750.
- Wholesale account registration: All wholesale partners must create an account with us by providing their business information, including a valid resale certificate.
- Ordering and payment: All orders are placed with your designated Wholesale Account Manager. They will help manage product, logistics and deliveries for you. Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.

Wholesale Pricing: Our wholesale pricing is exclusively available to approved wholesale accounts and is kept confidential. Please note that we retain the right to adjust our prices without prior notice.
Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP): For your convenience, we provide a suggested retail price for each of our products. While wholesale partners have the flexibility to set their own prices, we kindly request that our products not be sold below the suggested retail price to maintain consistency and value across all distribution channels.
🚚 Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders within the continental United States and Puerto Rico. Our standard handling time averages 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS.
For those requiring expedited shipping, we offer this service at an additional cost. Once your order has been received, the additional shipping charges will be calculated and communicated to you via email. You will then receive a separate invoice for the expedited shipping fee. To request expedited shipping, kindly indicate this preference in the notes section at checkout.

📦 Returns & Exchanges
